Each of the thirteen bound gods has a church. Each church operates within whatever kingdom it sits in, subject to local law, but ultimately answers to their god's theology. See The Thirteen Bound Gods → for each god's clergy structure, to be expanded into individual pages here as content warrants.
An umbrella category for cults, churches, and traditions of non-bound gods. Elven ancestral pantheons, demon lord cults, deep god worship, and other pantheons all have real divine power and active churches on Talan. The thirteen are distinctive because they are present on the Material Plane and bound by the Gods' Law, not because they are the only gods. See Non-Bound Gods & Beings → for the named figures (Vice Demons, Virtue Devils, Layer-1 primordials, Layer-3 residents).
The most politically significant instance currently active is the Divine Faith of the Legea Empire: the state religion of a theocracy ruled by a demigod whose allegiance runs to a third-layer (Postlife) god, named openly as Legaun, rather than to Forseti or any of the bound thirteen. That the Faith holds an entire sub-region of Forseti's own law-domain, fields a demigod ruler, and is actively expanding (most consequentially by mission into Fenurra) makes it the sharpest standing question among the non-bound faiths. To be developed.
