Every god and powerful being of Tyrnarra, gathered in one place and ordered as the cosmos is: by layer. Prelife (Layer 1) holds the primordials, the elements given will. Life (Layer 2) is where mortals dwell and the Bound Thirteen walk the world under the Gods' Law. Postlife (Layer 3) is home to the belief-shaped gods who answer prayer from across the veil. Only the Thirteen are bound by the Compact; the rest reach Talan through grants, omens, and dreams.
